La vida en la Republica Dominicana

Hola amigas!  Exactly one week ago I left my classes, work, and responsibilities behind to escape to the Dominican Republic.  To sum up my experience in a few curt sentences, I had a trip to remember for a lifetime.  I met great people from around the world, learned a few lines in spanish, attempted bachata dancing, partied in a cave, okay you get the point.  The scenery was so beautiful there I wish I could share them all with you, but I'm sure everyone can envision the generic beach pictures.  All in all it was trip much needed and deserved.  I encourage everyone to visit DR or any Latin American country for that matter.  The people are so profoundly in tuned to their roots even I caught on to a little"Latina pride".  I am back in the US now culturally enriched, relaxed, and rejuvenated.  Adios.
